When something is not working or needs changing I seek solutions…relentlessly! This project was an admission that things needed to change in me personally — there are some things that simply were not working. In fairness, 30 days of reflection have not fixed me (if only it was that easy) but they have started me on the road to committing to a more regular regime and some foundational rituals which will ensure continued personal growth and the achievement of personal goals.
